Description

Espinho Municipal Museum is located in Fórum de Arte e Cultura de Espinho (FACE), in Brandão, Gomes & Co., the old cannery. 

It is a dynamic space of interaction between past and present, delimited by the borders of a community made both of fishers and workers.

The museological conception integrates three permanent exhibitions: canning factory, Xávega Art and fishing / working district. 

The functionality of the Municipal Museum also includes a temporary exhibition gallery, a local documentation and history research centre and an educational service open to schools and the rest of the population.

  • Normal ticket - 1,20 €
  • Guided tour - 1,80 €
  • Guided tour with educational activity - 2,40 €
  • Anniversary at the Museum (price per child) - 5,90 €
  • Saturdays: free admission
  • We have Educational Service and guided tours for groups (by appointment)
