"A Casa da 25" is located in the center of Espinho, a seven-minute walk from the beach. Opposite is the Centro Multimeios de Espinho (cinema, planetarium, exhibition and events room) and, just beyond, the Municipal Library of Espinho. Regarding the decoration, it is simple, very welcoming and chosen to make you feel at home. It has an area of ​​approximately 80 m2 and capacity for 6 adults (two double beds and a bunk bed), also providing a baby cot. It has a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, cable TV with more than 100 channels, Internet with Wi-Fi  and a dining area.

Our house motto is "In every guest, a friend".

With experiences acquired and lived through our travels, we guide visits to the city of Espinho, the city of Porto, the Douro Valley and the north of Portugal.

In addition to our mother tongue, we speak English, French and Spanish. We have a surf

school accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation with qualified teachers for the sport. In fact, Espinho is one of the best destinations for surfing in Portugal.
